Schleich 42544 Alpaca Set. The animals in the Alpaca Set from Schleich WILD LIFE come from the South American Andes, where they are bred for their soft, warm wool. They are hump-less camels with a calm and friendly temperament. The two young animals have different coats: One is white, the other brown. They are suckled by their mother for 6-8 months before starting to eat grass.
Products are fun and safe for small hands to enjoy creative play. Ideally suited for children aged three to eight years. Designed to be as realistic and naturalistic as possible, the detailed and carefully molded Schleich figures encourage creative and imaginative play. Schleich products are approximately 1:24 scale although some items are larger to prevent children swallowing them. Made from plastic and hand-painted. Suitable for children aged three to eight years.
