Attached to the rear coupling of a SIKU tractor, the device of the Austrian company Posch splits the supplied plastic tree trunks into two parts in an exemplary manner. The movable chipping hammer pulls the tree trunk into the optimum gap position via a link connected with a chain. The chipper descends and divides the log into two halves.
